Job Title: Early Intervention Staffing Coordinator (In-Person, Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (In-Person)

Position Summary:

Competent Care is seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our Early Intervention team. This in-person role is responsible for facilitating the timely and efficient placement of Early Intervention referrals by coordinating communication between families, service providers, and the internal team. The Staffing Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate referral tracking and ensuring compliance with agency timelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the assignment of Early Intervention referrals by matching families with appropriate providers
- Communicate with families to confirm availability and scheduling preferences
- Contact and follow up with service providers to confirm case acceptance
- Maintain accurate tracking records of all referrals and provider responses
- Support timely documentation and compliance with agency protocols
- Serve as a liaison between service coordinators, providers, and families to ensure smooth case progression
- Assist with general administrative tasks and team coordination
- Maintain open and professional communication with the Program Director and office team
- Experience in an administrative or staffing role, preferably in Early Intervention, healthcare, or education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and responsive communication
